UNIC SPORT SARL has elaborated a sponsorship program on the commercial website www.uniqriding.com providing the different active members who whish to become ambassador of the UniQriding brand the opportunity to extend this privilege as sponsor's to potential new members known as godchildren.
This sponsorship program is submitted to the following rules and regulations.
Rules and modification
The following rules applies to all members wishing to benefit of the privileges and conditions provided in the sponsorship program.
The members known as "sponsors" or as "godchildren" may at any given time sent their inquiries concerning the sponsorship program by email to the following address : info@uniqriding.com
UNIC SPORT SARL reserves the right to make changes to our policies, site and these terms & conditions at any time.
UNIC SPORT SARL reserves the right to file any legal action against any person attempting to fraud or has been ruled as fraud. We cannot be held responsible in any matter whatsoever by any frauds towards our sponsor's and their godchildren.
In the event of misconduct from one of our sponsor's or godchild UNIC SPORT SARL reserves the right to withdraw all the benefits and privileges this member has acquired throughout his membership as written in our membership regulations. The member will not be able to claim any compensation whatsoever.
Who is eligible?
Any individual may enter our sponsorship program as registered member of our site www.uniqriding.com
Application procedure
As sponsor you must make sure that the godchild is not already registered on the www.uniqriding.com website.
A sponsor cannot register himself or the same person more than once.
Sponsorship program benefits
Every new registration confirmed by his purchase will provide you :
For the sponsor: 10% of the first purchase (shipping fees excluded) converted in added "cashpoints". These may be used for your next order.
For the godchild: If the first purchase is over 250,00 €(shipping fees excluded) a 10% discount converted in added "cashpoints" will be registered on his account for his next purchase.
Each new godchild registration is accounted for in our database and will provide you benefits as you have reached the different sponsorship registration levels.
For 4 active godchildren: a free UniQriding sweat shirt or skate deck : retail value of 59 ,00 € .
For 8 active godchildren: a free pair of UniQriding snowboard binding: retail value of 139 ,00 €.
For 12 active godchildren: a free item displayed in our www.uniqriding.com sales site such as a snowboard or a pair of skis.
Sponsorship regulations
UNIC SPORT SARL imposes that all cash points must be used within 12 months as soon as they have been credited on the member's account
UNIC SPORT SARL has set cash point's level for every member. This limit may not exceed 70000 points in order to respect the normal market sales activity.
By participating to our sponsorship program, you have agreed the full conditions and technical specifications of the use of Internet in matter of response time for website inquiries, interrogate, data transfer and the risks related to connection and data transfer on the web.
Therefore UNIC SPORT SARL cannot be held responsible in any matter whatsoever for the following (non exhaustive list).
Data transfer or reception on the Web
Any type of internet website dysfunction unable the proper function of the sponsor's program.
Any technical failure of the network system or due to provider's system.
Loss of any paper or email, as well as loss of data.
Any problem related to any communication software.
Virus related consequences such as data ware loss, technical damage.
Any type of damage caused by the user to the system.
Any type of technical, physical or material defect with the intention to unable or to restrain the access of the sponsorship program.
UNIC SPORT SARL cannot be held responsible in any matter for any direct or indirect dysfunction or its consequences or damages due to the connexion on its website. The web user must always take the proper measures to safeguard his personal database and software in his computer against any type of hacking.
The connexion on our site as well as to our sponsorship section is the sole responsibility of the user.
Personal Data
Internet users have a right to access, amend, rectify and delete their personal data (article 34 of the French Data Protection Act) "Loi Informatique et Libertés". Each member has the right to exercise this directly on the websitewww.uniqriding.com, modify or delete any personal information.
In compliance with the French Data Protection Act January 6 1978 ,the sponsor's must obtain the full agreement from their godchild as of the different electronic information provided to us in order to register their membership.
