Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors such as your destination address, week end, and public holidays. We estimate that you should receive your order within 6 to 10 days after order confirmation in Europe and 72 hours in France. 

UniQriding cannot be held responsible for any shipping delay exceeding 10 days during public holiday periods. We strongly advise our members to anticipate their orders take this critical Christmas period into consideration. 

All custom made products a 2-3 week extra production delay should be added to the delivery estimates. Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when you placed your membership. You may request the order to be shipped to a different address than billing address. Shipments outside France may be subject to Customs and/or Brokerage fees when delivered. 

Our shipping rates are based on the number of articles and their gross weight. 

When your order is completed and shipped through our logistics center, you will receive an email with a shipment confirmation. 

This will enable your to follow up your shipment status. On the LA POSTE web site : http://www.laposte.fr/colissimo/ with a 13 digit tracking number that you can obtein on request at info@uniqriding.com.

The order will be delivered to you as on delivery voucher with your signature. In the event of absence, a note of absence will provide all the information and address of the post office where you will be able to pick up your order . A valid piece of ID will be requested. 

You will have 15 days to pick up your parcel from the date indicated of the note of absence. After this period the parcel shall be automatically returned to the sender. Upon reception, we strongly advise our members to carefully verify your products with the order you have placed and indicate if necessary, on the delivery voucher in hand writing with your signature, any anomalies that may have occurred.

In the event of non-conformity of the product in terms of techical aspects or colors as purchased on the www.uniqriding.com website the member MUST file in a refund claim within 7 days upon reception from the COLISSIMO Postal Services.

In the event your parcel has been officially declared untraceable and lost by COLISSIMO Postal Services UNIC SPORT SARL will reimburse the member in full inclusive shipping fees.

At UniqQriding, we know that comfort does not have a price and allow we you to quietly order at home without to spend more. By offering to you the expenses of delivery and return for a shippment in France ! You can thus from now on place order without hesitation and return us the products which would not be appropriate without engaging of additional expenses.

In the event of a right of retraction procedure, the member must get an return authorization number from UniQriding through their email address info@unicriding.com.

This return authorization number must be printed on a separate sheet place inside the parcel. The parcel must be shipped back to us within 10 days to the following address.

Only new and complete (accessories, manuals etc) products will be accepted, returned in their original packaging (this is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods) accompanied by your invoice and the return authorization sheet.

UniQriding will not accept any returns which haven't been submitted to our approval and received proper identification as part of a retraction right.

In case a member has already paid by bank card or bank transfert the full amount for the purchase (and in additionnal the shippment back cost) of the returned, he will be reimbursed for the by a bank transfer within 30 days.

No stress !!! In the application of the French Consumer's Rights Law art. L120-20, a 7 day period money back warranty begins the day after the goods are received, means you can return your purchase : you change your mind. But at UniQ we give you more time because we multiply by 2 the period. Like that you can show your snowboard or pair of skis for exemple at your family, friends ....

However French Consumer's Rights Law art. L120-20-2, provides the consumer the right of retraction cannot be applied on items made upon the Consumer's specification or design requests. This applies to our range of ski, snowboard or skate on which the member may have ordered a customized product.

Warranty 2 years:

All our products have a two year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.This involves the legal conformity, within the commercial standards such as stipulated in the French consumer's rights art L211-4 to L211-14 and French civil rights act 1648 section 1. 

The seller is required to deliver a product which conforms to the contract and is held liable for any lack of conformity which exists upon delivery.

If a defect arises in the product within the two years as to material or workmanship UNICSPORT SARL shall replace the defective product (for an identical or similar if the defective model is no more available) after diagnosis from our Warranty services.

This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear and tear, accident or exterior appearance or color, breakage (except breakage resulting from manufacturing defects),any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages,Improper dealer service. 

All defective product claims should be returned to UNICSPORT SARL with original invoice stating the date of purchase. We will not be responsible for any costs, such as, but not limited to, handling, shipping or insurance.

Warranty service is very important to everyone concerned. Therefore UNICSPORT SARL asks that the following procedures be complied with to ensure efficient service or replacement. No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization from UNICSPORT SARL.
