You have the possibility to buy all products displayed on our website www.uniqriding.com in the ski, skate and snowboard sections. Very soon, we will introduce a new section with accessories and wear.

All the technical hardware such as ski, and snowboard are manufactured in leading  European production plants. We have a very close technical and business partnership with all our different manufactures in terms of technical specifications,  top quality control to provide you  a 5***** product to enjoy of the slopes click for more information. Shapes, design, technical product and material specifications are the sole property of UNIC SPORT SARL.


Tell me more about customization


We provide you the opportunity to customize the topsheet of any product in our range of ski, snowboard, skate. This will enable you to create your own UniQriding graphics design.  Our team has acquired a solid work experience in various ski and snowboard manufactures, will provide  you all their expertise to make this possible at a reasonable extra cost.

 
Create the topsheet design of the ski, snowboard or skate you ever dreamed of. Just choose out of our wide range of products the snowboard, ski or skate matching your ski, skate or riding style, just be creative. Help yourself in our graphics database, download your own pictures, clip arts in high definition resolution Insert some text, and add any style of painting.

 
As soon as you have completed your design, just email it to us. Our expert graphical team will examine it and approve its feasibility, providing you with an price estimate based on the number of colours, the different graphical processes involved in the completion of your project.

 

How  can I know about the product's availability ?

 
YES. You may know right away before ordering what is the product availability when you place the order. If you wish to order a product currently out of stock, UNIC SPORT SARL will email you within 48hrs your order's delivery status providing an estimated delivery date.

 
However, if the estimated delivery date is too long and you consider unacceptable, you just have to return the email cancelling the order. This will immediately terminate your order processing.

 

What kind of warranty does apply to the online products?

 

All product bought trough  www.uniqriding.com website have a 2 year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

 
This involves the legal conformity, within the commercial standards such as :

 
If a defect arises in the product within the  year as to material or workmanship UNICSPORT SARL shall replace the defective product (for an identical or similar if the defective model is no more available) after diagnosis from our  Warranty services .This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear and tear, accident or exterior appearance or color, breakage (except breakage resulting from manufacturing defects), improper dealer service.

 
Could there be a price change?

 
UNIC SPORT SARL reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but will apply the current rates as indicated to you on the site at the time the order was placed. The prices indicated on the Site are in Euros and include all taxes but do not include handling or delivery costs. For any order over an amount of 200,00 € with delivery within  Metropolitan France , the delivery will be free of charge. Shipments outside France may be subject to Customs and/or Brokerage fees when delivered.

Is the membership necessarily to order online?

Some of these personal data must be included in our  customer's sales information datasheet (such as name, forename ,address, postal code, telephone, email address) in regards to proceed the completion of the requested products ordered on our website www.uniqriding.com. If one the listed above information is missing or omitted during your inscription, UNIC SPORT SARL shall not be able to proceed the completion of the member's order.

You will be able to purchase any item in € currency, and with your cashpoints earned through our sponsorship program.

 

As you log in your account, the total amount of cashpoints will appear .The cash points are personal and not transferable to any third party.

 


Every item will be displayed with the price in € currency converted in cash points. If you choose to buy an item, the total amount will automatically be calculated based on the amount of cash points you have acquired.

Online ordering


Just select the goods you wish to purchase, and follow the shopping procedure. You have to register as a member if this has not yet been done. You will have to provide us with personal information such as name, forename,personal address in order  to proceed the delivery. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them. For all purchases on the website www.uniqriding.com we recommend Credit card payment (CB,VISA,MASTER CARD only).This applies for all orders France and international .To pay by credit card, debiting will be made when your order is forwarded on condition that we have received pre-authorisation for your account. If sufficient funds are not available, your order will not be taken into account. On completion of the payment, we will process your order or launch the production of your customized products.

When shall be charged ? 

You may pay by check issued by a french banking account. Due to insecure or stolen checks we must first verify the solvability of the issuer by our bank channels Your payment will be processed when your bank transfer is received. Once your payment received we will dispatch your goods. The processing of off-line payments may take several days.

What happens if my bank refuses to pay ?

 
Your order will be effective after payment approval has been forwarded by transfert centers.In the event that your payment request has been cancelled by your credit card center, you will be informed by email, and your order will be cancelled. You may reorder as soon as you have made the proper arrangements with your credit card center or bank.

 

Is it possible to cancel an order?

 

In the application of the French Consumer's Rights Law art. L120-20, a 7  day  period money back warranty begins the day after the goods are recieved, means you can return your purchase : you change your mind. We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the member's responsibility.

 
However,according to the French Consumer's Rights Law art. L120-20-2, the right of retraction cannot be applied on items made upon the  consumer's specifications  or design requests. This applies to our range of ski, snowboard or skate on which the member may request a customized top layer.

DELIVERY 

  
What are the delivery estimates?

 
Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors such as your destination address, week end, Public holidays. We estimate that you should receive your order within 10 to 15 days after order confirmation.

 
UNIC SPORT SARL cannot be held responsible for any shipping delay exceeding 15 days during public holiday periods. We strongly advise our members to anticipate their orders take this critical Christmas period into consideration.

 
All custom made products a 2-3 week extra production delay should be added to the delivery estimates

All our parcels are delivered in metropolitan France  through COLISSIMO Expert will be delivered to you as on delivery voucher with your signature When your order is completed and shipped through our logistics center, you will receive an email with a 13 digit tracking number and shipment confirmation.
This will enable your to follow up your shipment status.

Our shipping rates are based on the number of articles and their gross weight.
The total shipping rate will be displayed in € sales taxes included on your order form before you place the order. Shipments outside France may be subject to Customs and/or Brokerage fees when delivered.
For all orders over the total amount of €200,00 shipped within  Metropolitan France UNIC SPORT SARL will provide shipping and handling  free of charges.

 

What happens if I not at home when the parcel is delivered?

 
The order will be delivered to you as on delivery voucher with your signature. In the event of absence, a note of absence will provide all  the information  and address of  the  post office where  you will be able to pick up your order . A valid piece of ID will be requested.

 
You will have 15 days   to pick up your parcel from the date indicated of the note of absence. After this period the parcel shall be automatically returned to the sender.

 

What should I do if the delivery is delayed?

 

When your order is completed and shipped through our logistics center, you will receive an email with a 13 digit tracking number and shipment confirmation. This will enable your to follow up your shipment status. On the LA POSTE web site http://www.laposte.fr/colissimo/. In the event your parcel has been officially declared untraceable and lost by COLISSIMO Postal Services, UNIC SPORT SARL will reimburse the member in full inclusive shipping fees.

 

What should I do if the parcel is damaged?

 
Upon reception, we strongly advise our members to carefully verify your products with the order you have placed and indicate if necessary, on the delivery voucher in hand writing with your signature, any anomalies that may have occurred.

What are the procedures if I am not satisfied with the goods delivered or if I haven't ordered the goods delivered?

 
In the event of non-conformity of the product in terms of technical aspects or colours  as  purchased on the  www.uniqriding.com website the member MUST file in a refund claim  within 7 days upon  reception from the COLISSIMO Postal Services Only new and complete (accessories, manuals etc) products will be accepted, returned in their original packaging.

  
Return Procedures

 

In the event of a right of retraction procedure, the member must get an return authorization number from UNIC SPORT SARL through their email address info@uniqriding.com

 
The return authorization number must be printed on a separate sheet place inside the parcel. The parcel must be shipped back to us within 10 days to the following address.

 
Only new and complete (accessories, manuals etc) products will be accepted, returned in their original packaging accompanied by your invoice and the return authorization sheet.

UNIC SPORT SARL will not accept any returns which haven't been submitted to our approval and received proper identification as part of a retraction right. You may apply your Retraction Right's during the order period till before delivery. If you request it before the shipping from our warehouse, the member will not be charged any expenses .Should you request this during the delivery time the parcel has left our logistics center and your address, you will be charged the shipping fee as well as the return cost as mentioned above.
