You may purchase items through our website www.uniqriding.com and will be referred as Member as soon as you have provided us with the requested personal information enabling the opening of a personal account number. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to You and UNIC Sports SARL as they have been designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us.
UNIC Sport SARL may revise or withdraw the Content, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
UNIC Sport SARL may revise these Terms from time to time by updating this posting. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and you agree to periodically visit this page to determine the then current Terms to which you are bound.

2-PRICES AND ONLINE ORDERING
The prices indicated on the Site are in Euros and include all taxes but do not include handling or delivery costs. For any order over an total amount of 200,00€ delivered within Metropolitan France , the delivery will be free of charge.
UNIC SPORT SARL reserves the right to modify our prices at any moment but will apply the current rates as indicated to you on the site at the time the order was placed.
In regards of out of the French territory delivery UNIC SPORT SARL will send all goods within the rules and regulations in application of the current VAT sales tax in vigour.
All products will remain the exclusive property of UNIC SPORT SARL until the payment of the total amount of the ordered products in one payment. In case of an open payment status of a Member, UNIC SPORT SARL may reserve the right to cancel any order until full payment of the overdue balance.
We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general sales conditions, having read them. To pay by credit card, debiting will be made when your order is forwarded on condition that we have received pre-authorisation for your account. If sufficient funds are not available, your order will not be taken into account.

3-PAYMENT
For all purchases on the website www.uniqriding.com we recommend Credit card payment (CB,VISA, MASTER CARD only).This applies for all orders France and international.
Paying by credit card, debiting will be made when your order is forwarded on condition that we have received pre-authorisation for your account. If sufficient funds are not available, your order will not be taken into account. For payment made online by credit card, the "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) system of security is used, which allows for encrypting your banking information when on the network .On completion of the payment , we will process your order or launch the production of your customized products
You may pay by check issued by a french banking account. Due to insecure or stolen checks we must first verify the solvability of the issuer by our bank channels your payment will be processed when your bank transfer is received. Once your payment received we will dispatch your goods. The processing of off-line payments may take several days.
4-SECURE PAYMENTS
UNIC SPORT SARL will provide the most efficient SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology through its secure server which encrypts all submitted information. This will guaranty our customer's confidentiality and privacy on our commercial website www.uniqriding.com .
UNIC SPORT SARL has chosen to assure payment security in cooperation with HSBC by encrypting the connection when transmitting information on the network.
5-ORDER CONFIRMATION
UNIC SPORT SARL wil confirm within 48 hrs by email all purchases made by their members through their website www.uniqriding.com
6-AVAILABILITY
Please note that we will honour your order and respond to all orders made on the www.uniqriding.com website. Therefore the member will be check the product availability before placing his order
In the event that one of the products ordered is unavailable or discontinued, UNIC SPORT SARL will notify the member by email regarding his order status or order cancellation
If the members has been charged for the ordered item, they will be fully reimbursed by bank transfer within 30 days.
7-DELIVERY
Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors such as your destination address, week end, and public holidays. We estimate that you should receive your order within 10 to 15 days after order confirmation.
UNIC SPORT SARL cannot be held responsible for any shipping delay exceeding 15 days during public holiday periods. We strongly advise our members to anticipate their orders take this critical Christmas period into consideration.
All custom made products a 2-3 week extra production delay should be added to the delivery estimates. Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when you placed your membership. You may request the order to be shipped to a different address than billing address. Shipments outside France may be subject to Customs and/or Brokerage fees when delivered.
Our shipping rates are based on the number of articles and their gross weight.
The total shipping rate will be displayed in € sales taxes included on your order form before you place the order.
Your order will be shipped from our logistics center located in Le BOURGET DU LAC. All parcels are shipped through COLISSIMO Postal Services with a 48 hours delivery guaranty .
When your order is completed and shipped through our logistics center, you will receive an email with a 13 digit tracking number and shipment confirmation.
This will enable your to follow up your shipment status. On the LA POSTE web site :

The order will be delivered to you as on delivery voucher with your signature. In the event of absence, a note of absence will provide all the information and address of the post office where you will be able to pick up your order . A valid piece of ID will be requested.
You will have 15 days to pick up your parcel from the date indicated of the note of absence. After this period the parcel shall be automatically returned to the sender.
Upon reception, we strongly advise our members to carefully verify your products with the order you have placed and indicate if necessary, on the delivery voucher in hand writing with your signature, any anomalies that may have occurred.
In the event of non-conformity of the product in terms of techical aspects or colors as purchased on the www.uniqriding.com website the member MUST file in a refund claim within 7 days upon reception from the COLISSIMO Postal Services.
In the event your parcel has been officially declared untraceable and lost by COLISSIMO Postal Services UNIC SPORT SARL will reimburse the member in full inclusive shipping fees.
8-RIGHT OF RETRACTATION
In the application of the French Consumer's Rights Law art. L120-20, a 7 day period money back warranty begins the day after the goods are received, means you can return your purchase : you change your mind. We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the member's responsibility.
However French Consumer's Rights Law art. L120-20-2, provides the consumer the right of retraction cannot be applied on items made upon the Consumer's specification or design requests. This applies to our range of ski, snowboard or skate on which the member may have ordered a customized top layer.
9-RETURNS PROCEDURE
In the event of a right of retraction procedure, the member must get an return authorization number from UNIC SPORT SARL through their email address info@uniqriding.com
This return authorization number must be printed on a separate sheet place inside the parcel. The parcel must be shipped back to us within 10 days to the following address
Only new and complete (accessories, manuals etc) products will be accepted, returned in their original packaging accompanied by your invoice and the return authorization sheet.

We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the member's responsibility.
UNIC SPORT SARL will not accept any returns which haven't been submitted to our approval and received proper identification as part of a retraction right.
You may apply your Retraction Right's during the order period till before delivery. If you request it before the shipping from our warehouse, the member will not be charged any expenses .Should you request this during the delivery time the parcel has left our logistics center and your address, you will be charged the shipping fee as well as the return cost as mentioned above.
In case a member has already paid by bank card the full amount for the purchase of the returned, he will be reimbursed for the by a bank transfer within 30 days.
10-GUARANTEES (Warranty and After Sales Services)
All our products have a two year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.This involves the legal conformity, within the commercial standards such as stipulated in the French consumer's rights art L211-4 to L211-14 and French civil rights act 1648 section 1.
The seller is required to deliver a product which conforms to the contract and is held liable for any lack of conformity which exists upon delivery.
If a defect arises in the product within the two years as to material or workmanship UNICSPORT SARL shall replace the defective product (for an identical or similar if the defective model is no more available) after diagnosis from our Warranty services.
This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear and tear, accident or exterior appearance or color, breakage (except breakage resulting from manufacturing defects),any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages,Improper dealer service.
All defective product claims should be returned to UNICSPORT SARL with original invoice stating the date of purchase . We will not be responsible for any costs, such as, but not limited to, handling, shipping or insurance.
Warranty service is very important to everyone concerned. Therefore UNICSPORT SARL asks that the following procedures be complied with to ensure efficient service or replacement. No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization from UNICSPORT SARL as described in section 8.
11-CUSTOMIZATION
As part of the conception of a customized pair of skis, snowboard, or skate board the member must be fully appointed as the legal owner of the graphics, icons, designs and have the proper authorizations in terms of use of image, logos, and brand name. You are also sole responsible of the graphical design creating a new personalized artwork.
It is against the law to download from a website or the contents belonging to a third party unless you have a written consent from the author providing the member in full name as well as UNICSPORT SARL , the explicit use of a reproduction of his artwork as part of the design of his exclusive top cover for his skis snowboard, or skateboard
In the event of a juridical court action intended against UNIC SPORT SARL as manufactor of customized topsheet for a member , by a legal third party for counterfeit violation or copyrights, only the member will be regarded as sole responsible of his artwork and support all legal fees and court actions on the behalf of his order.
As part of cultural ethics, UNIC Sport SARL will enforce its legal rights as manufactor to oversee that all graphical top cover projects designed by their members for ski, snowboard, or skate are feasible. UNIC SPORT SARL. Therefore UNIC SPORTS SARL ethical committee may decide to refuse the member's artwork submission if this is been judged as too unequivocal towards sensitive themes such as sex, politics, drugs, religious beliefs, and racism. This list is none exhaustive.
12-INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By using the UNIQRIDING website, you unreservedly agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out herein.
The entire contents of this website, including all texts, photographs, drawings, images and sound sequences used hereon, are the property of UNIC SPORT SARL or of a third party that UNIC SPORT SARL has authorised to use the foregoing. The website is governed by French and international copyright and intellectual property law. All reproduction rights are reserved, including for documents that may be downloaded, as well as any icons and photos that may appear on the website.
The website is not intended for public viewing or circulation. The reproduction, use, imitation and display of this website and the use of UNIC SPORT SARL trademarks and of the information contained herein, in whole or in part, in hard copy or electronic format, is prohibited without the express permission of UNIC SPORT SARL.Legal proceedings may be brought in France or in any other country if the elements of this website are used for any purpose other than those listed above.
