Our concept
Just choose out of our wide range of products the snowboard, ski or skate suitable to your ski, skate or riding style, and then sketch the topsheet design. Free your imagination
Help yourself in our graphics database, download your own pictures, ClipArt's in high definition resolution. Add some text, any painting style: Just be creative.
As soon as you have completed your design, just email it to us. Our expert graphical team will examine it and approve its feasibility based on the technical project as well as ethical before completion.
As soon as your project has been technically approved and you fulfill our global sales terms, we will confirm that your project has been approved by email with the definite topsheet design and board reference. You may then proceed to the online payment launching the production of your customized product.
We will keep you updated on the production status by a SMS and or email. We should be able to process your order in a time span of 2-3 weeks based on our production site planning.
UNIQRIDING cannot be held responsible of copyright violation in terms of graphic designs added on their snowboard, ski, or skate products. You must fully appointed as the legal owner of the graphics, icons, designs and have the proper authorizations in terms of use of image, logos, brand name and so on. You are also sole responsible of the graphical design theme.
In the event of a juridical court action intended against UNIC SPORT SARL as manufactor of customized topsheet for a member , by a legal third party for counterfeit violation or copyrights, only the member will be regarded as sole responsible of his artwork and support all legal fees and court actions on the behalf of his order.
We highly recommend to keep this in mind while sketching your project some themes could be misinterpreted by other people on the slopes or in the parks. Think about it before finalizing your design.

As you log in your account, the total amount of cash points will appear. The cash points are personal and not transferable to any third party.
Every item will be displayed with the price in € currency, and converted in cash points. If you choose to buy an item, the total amount will automatically be calculated based on the balance of cash points you have acquired.

RETURN POLICY
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All purchased items on the www.uniqriding.com website have a two year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This involves the legal conformity, within the commercial standards such as stipulated in the French consumer's rights art L211-4 to L211-14 and French civil rights act 1648 section 1.
All defective items must be returned with the original invoice
GLOBAL RETURN PROCEDURE
Our standard sales policy is based on the customer's product satisfaction. If the product you have received doesn't meet your order specifications, you must file in a return claim within 7 days.
However, according to the French Consumer's Rights Law art. L120-20-2 the right of retraction cannot be applied on items made upon the consumer's specifications or design requests. This applies to our range of ski, snowboard or skate on which the member may request a customized topsheet.
Contact us on info@uniqriding.com , state your return claim. You will receive a return authorization number.
You must send the goods within 10 days after receiving your return number.
Only new and complete (accessories, manuals etc) products will be accepted, returned in their original packaging accompanied by your invoice and a completed and the return authorization sheet.

SHIPPING
DELIVERY MODE
Your order will be shipped from our logistics center. All parcels are sent in domestic France through COLISSIMO Expert providing a safe tracking and secure delivery number.
You will receive an email with a 13 digit tracking number and shipment confirmation.
This will enable your to follow up your shipment status.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors such as your destination address, week end, and public holidays. We estimate that you should receive your order within 10 to 15 days after order confirmation.
All custom made products a 2-3 week extra production delay should be added to the usual delivery estimates.
SHIPPING RATES
Our shipping rates are based on the number of articles and their gross weight.
The total shipping rate will be displayed in € sales taxes included on your order form before you place the order Shipments outside France may be subject to Customs and/or Brokerage fees when delivered.

RIGHT OF RETRACTION
In the application of the French Consumer's Law art. L120-20 a 7 day period money back warranty begins the day after the goods are received means you can return your purchase: you change your mind. We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer's responsibility.
